In 1895 a gentleman named J. D. Ross was hired to build a 1000ft pier just east of the Breakers Resort, the pier was made of metal, wood, and concrete. It stood tall for many years until the big hurricane of 1928 tore through Palm Beach and left the pier to crumble to the sea forever.

Now today, when the weather is perfect and the sun comes up from the east, it is the most beautiful place to snorkel in Palm Beach. Doing this tour first thing in the morning guarantees the waters to be calm and beautiful for the maximum clarity. Come, take my hand and see one of Palm Beach’s hidden treasures.

Please note: This trip is not a beginner’s trip, you must know how to swim. We do provide all your gear, including snorkeling vests if needed. Come by yourself or grab a friend. A bathing suit is a must, a rash guard is a nice option.
